We specialize in the delivery of Apprenticeships, Advanced & Adult Apprenticeships in Business & Administration, Customer Service, Team Leading and Management.
Ever mindful of different organisational cultures and demands, we work closely with employers to tailor our training and assessment to suit their needs.
Our excellent working relationships with employers was recognised and acknowledged by the Adult Learning Inspectorate in our last Inspection (December 2006) for which we were awarded an overall Grade 2 (Good) and their Silver Quality Achievement Award.
We were actively involved assisting both the Council for Administration and Institute of Customer Service in their development of current sector frameworks.
All the qualifications we deliver provided the fundamental knowledge and skills required by individuals working in managerial, administrative and/ or customer focused environments. We deliver our assessment and training by means of a thorough process of support, personal development and recognised achievement.
